Help & Support

Need help with WorldCraft on iPhone, iPad or Mac? Contact info+Worldcraft@agiapplications.org.

Contact Us from the Game

Open Account → Help & Support to prepare a support email. Describe what you were doing, what happened and what you expected instead. If possible, include the steps that reproduce the problem and a screenshot.

The draft includes a diagnostic footer with your WorldCraft account identifier, app version and build, device platform, operating system and relevant game context. Keeping that footer helps us locate account issues and reproduce bugs. You can review and edit the message before sending it. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or payment-card details.

If email is not configured on your device, you can use the support screen to copy the message and send it from your preferred email service.

Purchases

WorldCraft has optional coin packs and paid skins, with no subscriptions. App Store prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Coins: Coin packs are consumable purchases. Coins are added to your WorldCraft account after purchase verification. Restore Purchases does not grant already delivered or spent coins again. If delivery is pending, reconnect to the internet and choose Refresh in the store to retry unfinished delivery.

Skins: Paid skin unlocks are non-consumable purchases. On a new device, sign in to the same linked WorldCraft account, then choose Restore Purchases in the store using the Apple Account that originally bought the skins.

Anonymous accounts: Purchases belong to your WorldCraft account. Link that account with Sign in with Apple on your original device before changing devices. Using the same purchasing Apple Account alone does not recover an unlinked WorldCraft account.

Pending approval: A purchase may remain pending while waiting for approval or verification. Avoid buying the same item again to solve a delivery problem. Contact us with your account ID and the purchase details if it remains unresolved.

Refunds: Apple handles App Store refund requests. See Apple's refund instructions or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility depends on Apple's policies and applicable consumer rights. You do not need to send us your payment details.

Worlds and Multiplayer

Local single-player worlds are saved on your device and autosave during play. Signing in does not automatically upload local worlds or transfer them to another device.

Shared multiplayer worlds are saved online. Their owner must be playing to run the shared session. Share the join code from the Multiplayer screen with the people you want to invite. If a friend cannot join, check that the owner is online and that the current join code is being used.

For a world or connection problem, include whether you were playing locally, hosting, or joining another player's world. A world name or ID can help support locate the problem; keep join codes private.

Account, Privacy and Player Safety

You can play locally without signing in. Online features use an anonymous WorldCraft account on your device, and Sign in with Apple links that account for access on other devices.

Open Player Safety to block or report another player. Reports can include an explanation and a recent-message excerpt. Read the Privacy Policy for how multiplayer and safety data are handled.

Delete Account starts background cleanup of your server profile, owned online worlds and saves, memberships and safety data. Your account identifier, linked Apple identifier, remaining wallet, store items and purchase records are retained. It does not erase the entire account record or revoke Apple authorization. After cleanup completes, the same linked Apple sign-in can recover the retained account and economy. Local worlds and device settings remain. See the retention and deletion explanation before using this control.
