Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
WorldCraft is a block-building game provided by AGI Applications Inc. This policy explains the information handled by the game and its online services, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
2. Account Information
WorldCraft creates a random account identifier on your device. Online services use this identifier, a generated display name, account creation and last-seen times, and authentication credentials to recognize and protect your account. Device credentials are stored in the device's secure storage.
Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, we receive an Apple account identifier and, when Apple makes it available, your email address, which may be a private relay address. WorldCraft does not request or store your full name from Apple. Linking your account allows you to access the same WorldCraft account on other devices.
3. Worlds and Gameplay
Local worlds and settings are stored on your device. They include world names, seeds, saved blocks, inventory, progression and other information needed to resume play. Signing in does not automatically upload your local worlds.
Online features store the information needed for shared worlds, including world names and seeds, saved world files and edits, ownership, multiplayer memberships, join codes and related timestamps. In a live session, other participants receive the account identifier, display name, character skin, in-game position and gameplay events needed to play together. An in-game position is a location within the game world, not your device's physical location.
Multiplayer chat messages are relayed to current participants and are not stored as chat history. Shared world edits may be retained with the saved world.
4. Player Safety
If you block or report another player, we store the information needed to apply the block or review the report. This can include blocked-player relationships, the reported account, world identifier, report category, your explanation and an optional recent-message excerpt. These records support abuse review, enforcement and player support.
5. Purchases and Virtual Items
WorldCraft offers optional consumable coin packs and non-consumable skin unlocks. There are no subscriptions.
Apple processes App Store billing and payment information. WorldCraft does not receive your payment-card or bank details. We receive product and transaction identifiers, purchase status and purchase environment. We also maintain coin balances, spending and refund records, owned skins and remaining consumable inventory so purchases can be verified and delivered accurately.
6. Support and Operational Information
When you choose to contact support, we receive the message, email address and any attachments you send. The in-app support draft can include your WorldCraft account identifier, app version and build, platform, operating system and relevant game context. You can review and edit the draft before sending it. Avoid including passwords, authentication tokens or payment-card details.
Online services process limited operational information, such as request times, authenticated routes, delivery status and error details, to secure the service and troubleshoot failures. Third-party service providers may process IP addresses and ordinary network metadata while delivering and protecting the service.
Local preferences, including review-request eligibility counters, are used on your device to remember your settings and avoid repeated prompts.
7. How Information Is Used and Shared
We use information to operate WorldCraft: provide accounts and multiplayer, save shared worlds, verify and restore purchases, maintain coin balances and items, handle reports and support requests, prevent duplicate redemption and fraud, secure the service and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, show third-party advertising in WorldCraft, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Information is shared in these limited circumstances:
- With other players, as needed for the multiplayer session
- With third-party service providers that provide authentication, payment processing, hosting, storage, networking, security or support services on our behalf
- With Apple when you use its sign-in, App Store purchase or other platform services
- When required by law, or when necessary to protect users, our rights or the security of the service
8. Retention and the Delete Account Control
We retain account and gameplay records while they are needed to provide the service. You can manage local worlds from the world-selection screen and block or report players through Player Safety.
The in-app Account → Delete Account control requests background cleanup of your server profile, online worlds you own and their saves, multiplayer memberships and safety records. You are signed out after the server accepts the request. Acceptance does not mean background cleanup has finished. Removing your membership does not delete another player's world. Local worlds and device settings remain on your device.
This is purchase-preserving cleanup, not erasure of the entire account record. It retains your WorldCraft account identifier, linked Apple identifier, entire remaining wallet, remaining store items and skins, and purchase, spending, consumption, refund and duplicate-request records. The wallet includes earned coins and any refund-related debt. A current-day reward-claim marker remains to prevent claiming the same daily reward again after cleanup; older daily streak history is removed. Spent coins, used items and refunded entitlements are not granted again.
Sign in with Apple authorization is not revoked by this control. After cleanup finishes, explicitly signing in with the same linked Apple Account recovers the same WorldCraft identifier and retained economy. An unlinked anonymous account cannot be recovered using its public identifier alone or its former device credential.
Purchase and App Store event records remain linked to the retained purchase identity. Purchase, refund and limited operational security records are retained for accurate balances, account recovery, duplicate-redemption prevention, fraud prevention or legal obligations. They are not used for advertising.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can play locally without signing in. Online features can be used with an anonymous account on your device. You can choose whether to link it with Sign in with Apple, manage local worlds, use Player Safety controls and review a support message before sending it.
You can manage Sign in with Apple authorization and App Store purchase history through your Apple Account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact info+Worldcraft@agiapplications.org to make a privacy request or ask about the data retained by the in-app cleanup control.
10. Children
WorldCraft is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required to consent in their region without appropriate parental authorization. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request assistance and deletion.
11. Security and International Processing
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, scoped authentication credentials and server-side purchase verification to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as WorldCraft changes. The date above identifies the current version.
