When we launched AGI Applications, we promised to build practical tools that put AI to work for people. Eighteen apps later, it is a good moment to look back at what we have shipped, what connects it all, and where we are heading next.

Our approach has stayed simple: pick one real problem, solve it well, and ship a native app that feels at home on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Here is everything we have built so far, grouped by what it helps you do.

• Afterlife is a private, encrypted vault for passwords, journals, bills and emergency plans, with check-ins and trusted contacts.
• Brainrot helps fix doomscrolling with scheduled blocks, time limits and unlock limits.
• Plastic — our very first App Store release — rates foods so you can make healthier choices.
• Snowy tracks your ski and snowboard days with run stats, 3D replays, resort maps and live friends on the mountain.

Play

• Game Emulator lets you play classic games across many retro systems with save states and friendly controls.
• Snake Arena brings multiplayer snake battles to your phone.

What we have learned

Building eighteen apps has taught us a few things:

1. Focus wins. The apps people love most do one thing clearly. Every time we tried to add "just one more feature", the simpler version turned out better.
2. AI should be invisible. The best AI features don't feel like AI — they just make the task faster. Clipper AI finds highlights; you just see great clips.
3. Privacy is a feature. People trust apps that are honest about their data. Every one of our apps has its own clear privacy policy, terms and support page.
4. Native matters. Apps built for iPhone, iPad and Mac feel faster and more reliable than wrappers, and users notice.
