1. Introduction

Welcome to Snake Arena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snake Arena application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Gameplay and Conduct

Snake Arena is a real-time multiplayer game. You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools
• Harass, abuse, or otherwise harm other players
• Attempt to disrupt servers, matchmaking, or leaderboards
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We may limit or suspend access for players who violate these Terms.

4. Coins, Skins, and Purchases

• Snake Arena may include optional in-app purchases, including coin packs
• Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies
• Prices and availability may change at any time
• Virtual items and currency have no cash value and are non-transferable

5. Leaderboards and Progress

We may use gameplay data (such as match outcomes and scores) to provide matchmaking, rankings, and leaderboards. We may reset or adjust ranking systems to maintain fair competition.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, branding, artwork, and software in Snake Arena are owned by AGI Applications or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGI APPLICATIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
