You are responsible for the ROMs, BIOS files, and game content you use with the Service. You must only use games and BIOS files that you are legally entitled to use.

3.2. No Distribution

Game Emulator does not provide, host, or distribute ROMs or BIOS files. You agree not to use the Service to upload or distribute copyrighted content you do not have rights to.

5. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service in any unlawful manner
  • Attempt to bypass security or access controls

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase features through the App Store, payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. We may use third-party services to validate App Store receipts and manage access to paid features. We do not store payment information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
