AI-Powered Features

Our AI may submit applications on your behalf based on your preferences
You remain responsible for all applications submitted through our Service
You can review and modify applications before submission
We cannot guarantee job interview requests or employment outcomes

Resume Optimization

Our AI provides suggestions to improve your resume and application materials
All suggestions are recommendations only
You maintain full control over your final application content

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including:

Cover letters and application materials
Profile information and preferences

License to Us

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Use, reproduce, and display your content to provide the Service

Content Standards

All user content must:

Be accurate and truthful
Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Privacy and Data Protection

Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium Features

Usage Limits and Renewals

AI job application usage counters reset on each renewal date
For quarterly plans, counters reset monthly and on renewal dates
Usage limits are clearly displayed within the app

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" section within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Job Applications and Employer Relationships

No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment
We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and employers
We are not responsible for employer conduct or hiring decisions

Third-Party Job Platforms

We may integrate with external job platforms and websites
Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and conditions
We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

Trademarks

Auto AI Jobs and related logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
Third-party actions or content

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Effect of Termination
