  • Whether the issue is related to vault unlock, password import, journal attachments, recurring bills, check-ins, trusted contacts, encrypted file storage, or sync
  • Clear steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

Afterlife is designed to store sensitive private information. For your security, please do not include vault passwords, recovery secrets, full private records, or other unnecessary sensitive content in support emails.
