1. Introduction

3D Mockup is a design app for creating product mockups. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, why it is handled, and what control you have over it.

By using 3D Mockup, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Account Information

You can use 3D Mockup as a guest without creating an account. The editor works fully in guest mode, and a guest keeps a stable identity derived from your device so your work stays attached to you.

If you choose to create an account, you can sign in with Apple or with an email address. Sign-in is handled through a third-party authentication provider, which supplies an account identifier and, depending on the method you choose, your email address and basic profile details. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive only the relay address Apple provides.

You may also set profile information inside the app, such as a display name, handle, bio, and avatar image.

3. Your Designs and Projects

Your projects — the products you choose, artwork you place, layers, text, strokes, colours, and camera positions — are stored on your device. If you are signed in, projects are also synced to your account so they are available on your other devices.

Images you import from your photo library or files are used to build the mockup you are working on. Photo library access is requested only when you use a feature that needs it, and is granted through your device's permission system, where it can be changed or revoked at any time.

4. AI Generation

If you use the AI studio, the prompt you write and any image you attach are sent to a third-party AI service to produce the requested image or video, and the result is returned to the app. Do not submit content you are not comfortable transmitting for processing.

AI generation is metered. We record usage counts and credit balances associated with your account so limits can be applied correctly.

5. Community and Marketplace

If you post to the community, open a storefront, or buy from one, we store the information needed to operate those features:

Posts, titles, descriptions, images, and tags you publish
Likes, comments, and follows
Blocked accounts and reports you submit
Storefront profile, listings, and order records

Content you publish is visible to other users. Do not publish anything you would not want to be public.

6. Purchases

Premium features are sold as an auto-renewing subscription, and additional AI credits are sold as one-time purchases. Billing and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store, and entitlement status is managed through a third-party subscription management service. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive only whether your subscription is active and your credit balance, along with a limited account identifier used to keep purchases attached to the right account.

7. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, a third-party push notification service delivers alerts such as community activity and order updates. This requires a device notification token. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your device settings.

8. Device Integrity

To protect paid features and our backend from abuse, the app may use Apple's app attestation to confirm that requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of the app. This produces an attestation token and does not identify you personally.

9. Diagnostics and Service Data

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app, such as app version, device model, operating system version, and error reports. If you contact support from inside the app, the message includes this diagnostic information so we can reproduce the problem.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your designs with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be shared only in these limited cases:

With other users, when you choose to publish to the community or a storefront
With service providers who host our infrastructure, authenticate sign-ins, deliver notifications, process AI generation requests, or manage purchases, acting on our behalf
With Apple, when you use platform services such as purchases, sign-in, or notifications
When required by law, or when necessary to protect our rights, our users, or public safety

11. Your Controls and Rights

You have direct control over your data inside the app:

Export: export any project or finished mockup as a file
Delete projects: delete any project, which removes it from your workspace and sync
Block and report: block accounts and report content in the community
Notifications: enable or disable push notifications
Delete your account: Settings permanently removes your account and its associated content

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info+3dmockup@agiapplications.org.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Your projects and profile information are retained while your account is active so your workspace remains available. Deleting a project removes it. If you delete your account, we will delete the personal information associated with it, except where we are required to retain records by law, such as transaction records for purchases.

13. Children's Privacy

3D Mockup is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and material changes may also be communicated in the app.
